3. **Return of Sample**: After sample collection, clients must use the pre-paid mailing envelope provided in the kit to return the sample to our laboratory. It is crucial to mail the sample within the specified timeframe mentioned in the kit instructions to ensure the viability of the sample.

E-Mode Report Delivery

1. **Report Processing**: Once we receive the sample, it will be processed in our laboratory. The analysis process may take a specified number of days as informed at the time of ordering.

2. **Notification of Report Completion**: Clients will be notified via email once their report is ready. The email will contain instructions on how to securely access the report through our online portal.

3. **Accessing the Report**: Clients can access their report by logging into their account. The report will be available for download in PDF format. Clients are encouraged to download and save their report for future reference.
